Steven C. Backfisch

Steve is an attorney with twenty years of experience in civil litigation, over fifty trials in State and Federal court; supervision and management of Appeals in many areas of law including employment, product liability, castrophic personal injury, real estate and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of St. Bernard College and Seton Hall University School of Law.

Steve is Partner in the firm of Lindabury, McCormick and Estabrook, PC located in Westfield, New Jersey. Steve is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association. He is the past president of the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inn of Court, an organization which mentors young lawyers. Steve has given numerous presentations at national and regional conferences focusing on employment law.
